Refunds:

Cancellations received in writing no later than April 3, 2009 are refundable, less a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 3, 2009. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the event. In case of conference cancellation, the Post-Approval Summit®'s liability is limited to refund of conference registration fee only. The program is subject to change, and we reserve the right to alter all programs without prior notice.

    The Summit will be held at the Conference Center at Harvard Medical located at 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur, Boston MA 02115.

    You will receive a confirmation via email of your registration immediately following online registration, within two days of receipt of faxed and emailed registrations, and within five days of mailed registrations (excluding weekends and holidays).
